Meet the President

Grace Williams, DPPD
President
"Thank you for your interest in MARS Bound!

MARS Bound Inc. is proud to offer services to inspire the next generation of American innovators and problem solvers.
In 2021 we are kicking off our MARS Bound Program for high schools. While the federal government promotes Upward Bound in high schools to increase the college going rate of students from low-income families, MARS Bound is designed to increase the vocational certification, apprenticeship and job placement rates out of high school. In many parts of the U.S. where less than 50 percent of high school graduates go to college, educators will need to consider career-based training alternatives that can successfully prepare their students for the workforce.
Throughout the duration of the program students will meet with a MARS Bound mentor for leadership training sessions. The program includes certifications for safety training as well as introductions to advanced manufacturing and business development. The MARS Bound Program will emphasize the importance of building a strong certification resume and using that to grow a sustainable career; hence, the program slogan 'We Build & We Rise'.

Additional services are forthcoming as we grow our efforts in inspiring the next generation of American innovators and problems solvers. Contact us to find out how you can be a part of our mission!"
